Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling your place

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our email or WhatsApp and are effective on the date we receive them.

• More than 30 days before the start date: full refund of everything paid, minus any non-recoverable payment-provider fee.
• 15 to 30 days before the start date: the 4,000 AED deposit is retained; any balance already paid is refunded.
• Less than 15 days before the start date, or no-show: no refund, because the place can no longer be resold.
• At any time: you may transfer your place to another professional at no cost, with our written agreement at least 14 days before the start date.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a course date, you may move to another date or receive a full refund of all amounts paid, at your choice. If we reschedule and the new dates do not suit you, you receive a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the same method used for payment, in AED, normally within 14 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Digital and in-person service

The course is an in-person service scheduled for specific dates. Consistent with UAE consumer protection rules for services supplied on a fixed date, cancellation rights are those set out above rather than a general cooling-off period.
